    Resolving Small and Big Contractual Work Corporations’ Issues

    Researchers of Industrial Engineering and Management department succeeded in resolving small and big contracting corporations’ issues, regarding rectifying integration weakness in two segments of technology and work in structures and organizational processes.
    Hamidreza Seyfi an AUT graduate said: “This project has considered the allocation of human resources issue with multiple goals (minimizing the latency (time-based goals), maximizing the application of human resource capacities (minimizing human resource numbers). Hence, a new combinational solution has been presented by using a new approach to human resource allocation issue and presenting a new mathematics model.”
     
    This project’s advisors are Dr. Kaveh Sirus, and Dr. Naser Shams Qarne, faculty members of Amirkabir University.
