Amirkabir University of Technology researchers succeeded in designing a hemodialysis membrane that shortens the dialysis process.“Our goal was to shorten the duration of the hemodialysis process and increase its efficiency by taking advantage of the absorption phenomenon. The final result can be used directly in the medical industry and also indirectly in water treatment systems. The innovation of this project cannot be found in anywhere in Iran or abroad.” Arian Ekhlasi, an AUT PhD student, said.
The Supervisors of this project are Dr. Atefe Soluk, Dr. Masoumeh Haqbin Nazarpak, Dr. Pouria Passbakhsh and Dr. Mahvash Shokroalhi.
