Amirkabir University of Technology's 3.5 billion support for industrialization of theses.
The Deputy for Research of Amirkabir University of Technology announced the industrialization of theses at this university and stated: "Last year, we supported over 3.5 billion Tomans of students' theses in line with the needs of the industry."
According to the Public Relations of Amirkabir University of Technology, Dr. Mohammad Javad Aameri Shahabi said at the unveiling ceremony of the Skill Enhancement System: "This university is among the best in various fields in the country, to the extent that it holds a high position in rankings."
He added: "This university has achieved the first rank among industrial universities in the Shanghai and Leiden rankings and has secured the second rank in the QS ranking among industrial universities in the country."
Aameri emphasized: "The university has not settled for these rankings and, in addition to achieving a good scientific and research position in the country, it is seeking to meet the country's needs and establish proper industry relations, and has taken positive steps in this regard."
The Deputy for Research of Amirkabir University of Technology, referring to the naming of the current year by the esteemed leadership as "Production Leap and Public Participation," added: "In order to have good cooperation with the industry, collaborative projects with the industry have shown good growth, while the professors of this university have had good relations with industrial sectors."
He said that Amirkabir University of Technology is one of the first universities in Tehran to launch a skill enhancement platform, with the goal of not only involving professors but also increasing the involvement and participation of students in this area.
He emphasized: "It was felt that students need to acquire basic skills to enter the job market, and the platform unveiled today will help students acquire the necessary skills to better enter the job market and prepare themselves to meet the country's needs."
Launching a platform for skill training and employment of university students and graduates

The Director of Industry Relations at Amirkabir University of Technology announced the launch of a platform for skill training and employment of university students and graduates of this university and said: "This initiative is in line with the missions set by the Ministry of Science for universities in this area."
Dr. Mohammad Ahmadi, at the unveiling ceremony of the skill training system, identified one of the recent challenges as the inadequate employment rate of university graduates, especially in specialized fields, and added: "Studies have been conducted by the Supreme Council of the Country and the Executive Employment Organization, leading to the determination of certain duties for various entities, including the Ministry of Science."
He added: "Based on this, one of the duties defined by the Ministry of Science is to specify the curriculum of fields, courses, their alignment with soft and combination skills courses, and the implementation of skill programs for graduates. In this regard, the General Directorate of Community Relations with Industry of the Ministry of Science has taken on this responsibility, ultimately leading to the establishment of career guidance and skill enhancement centers in universities."
Ahmadi described the mission of skill enhancement centers as career counseling, organizing job fairs, and creating opportunities for graduates and students to connect with industry during their studies. He continued: "Therefore, it was approved by the board of directors of Amirkabir University of Technology last year to establish a career guidance center in this university, where all matters such as internships and apprenticeships will be directed."
The Director of Industry Relations at Amirkabir University of Technology added: "A group of graduates of this university, under the supervision of Engineer Valizadeh, have been actively involved in activities, and we have had collaborations in the field of industry relations, ultimately creating a platform for skill enhancement and soft skills training."
He emphasized: "Today, this platform was unveiled and will be available to graduates and students of the university."
