A student from Amirkabir University of Technology was selected as the final winner in the idea developers section in the field of geology at the Young Thinkers and Scientists Festival. According to the public relations office of Amirkabir University of Technology, the Young Thinkers and Scientists Festival has been held annually at the national level since 1396, supported by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, the Vice Presidency for Science and Technology, NGOs, and public institutions in the field of basic sciences. Aryan Khairi, a doctoral student in Civil Engineering-Geo-technical at Amirkabir University of Technology, was selected as the "final winner" in the idea developers section in the field of geology. Every year at this festival, researchers and scholars compete in three sections: idea developers, startups, and young exemplary professors, and after judging, the top contenders are announced. In the eighth edition of the festival, held on Azar 27, 1403, 534 ideas and resumes were submitted to the festival secretariat. The final winners at the end of the festival benefit from special funding from the Jamili Charitable Foundation for product commercialization and establishing startups.
