However, we must be able to make the best use of this asset, and if we want to reflect on the past, we should be proud of our choices."
The representative of the Supreme Leader at Amirkabir University of Technology stressed that the students of Amirkabir University of Technology are among the country's top talents and bear significant responsibilities, as it is the students who must manage this country and solve its problems.

According to the public relations office of Amirkabir University of Technology, Dr. Ali Nikbakht mentioned at the ceremony honoring the Olympiad students of Amirkabir University that the National Elite Foundation is weak in the area of student Olympiads, stating: "There are two specialized deputy offices in this foundation, with the student deputy office holding a high status; special support is given to the top achievers and elites in this Olympiad."
He noted that the student deputy office of the National Elite Foundation had been more focused on supporting high school Olympiads and top ranking university entrance exam candidates. Fortunately, we have decided to launch the topic of student Olympiads within the National Elite Foundation.
The Deputy for Talented Individuals and Future Builders mentioned that soon, benefits will be provided by this foundation to top students and Olympiads, stating: "Students who receive these facilities will become members of the National Elite Foundation, and a fund will be allocated for this purpose to universities. We also plan to utilize the foundation's facilities to facilitate military service conditions for male students, ensuring that a student with a top rank in the Olympiad will directly benefit from special facilities."
He announced the provision of scholarships for Master's degree students up to 55 million Tomans and said: "The Shahid Ahmad Roshan scheme is another initiative of the National Elite Foundation that combines a team of professors and students to solve industry and community problems. In fact, we aim to support students from top Olympiads in the National Elite Foundation by offering special benefits."

The Deputy Minister of Education announced negotiations with the National Elite Foundation to attract outstanding university students for higher education levels without examination, stating, "We need to create open pathways for elites in the country."
According to the public relations office of Amirkabir University of Technology, Dr. Rohollah Razini mentioned at the ceremony honoring the Olympiad students of Amirkabir University that "we must create open pathways for elites in the country so that they can achieve their goals through these pathways." He added, "In the Ministry of Education, in collaboration with the National Elite Foundation, we have established a series of capacities to provide facilities for elites, one of which is studying in the priority fields of the country."
He further noted that talented and outstanding students who study in the country’s priority fields will receive support, and these students will benefit from theoretical support, stipends, and study opportunities throughout their education.
The Deputy Minister of Education emphasized that recently, good resolutions have been approved to support students studying in strategic fields. One of our programs during the seventh development plan aims to enroll 5,000 students in these fields and send 2,000 other students to study abroad opportunities, which has fortunately been approved by the Supreme Council.
He added that in a negotiation with the National Elite Foundation, outstanding students will be accepted without examination under minimum conditions and at a higher academic level, and the result of this negotiation will be announced soon.
Dr. Razini emphasized that the Ministry of Education adopts a supportive approach towards elites, top talents, and outstanding students, stating the reasons why these students are valuable to us. First, they deserve respect due to their high academic standing; second, these students bring honor to the country; and third, progress and development of the country are impossible without the attention to and presence of elites. Therefore, focusing on preserving and creating pathways for the growth of elites is considered one of the responsibilities of the Ministry of Education.
The Deputy Minister of Education noted that we have not been able to plan the higher education system and mechanisms based on top talents as we should. He remarked that our higher education system is, in some cases, designed more for weaker individuals. We have a special commission that reviews educational issues for any student who has educational concerns, but we have not been able to properly plan the higher education system and mechanisms based on top talents, which requires fundamental revision.
Dr. Razini mentioned the inclusion of 5 to 15 credit hours of skills courses in the educational packages for students, saying that attention to skills training to prepare students for entering the job market upon graduation is one of the policies of the Ministry of Education. In this regard, skill-based educational packages are designed and implemented.
Finally, he emphasized that elites should feel a sense of responsibility towards their country, stating that they should not forget whose shoulders they stand on to move towards success. If they achieve something, in addition to their families' support, they have used public funds, and they should feel responsible for their country after graduation. Additionally, they should not grow in a one-dimensional manner throughout their lives; rather, they should aim for multidimensional growth, acquiring basic life skills alongside their studies and academic lives to avoid facing problems in the future.
