The AUT Journal of Mathematics and Computing, published by the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science at Amirkabir University of Technology, has successfully been indexed in Scopus for the year 2025.
According to the Public Relations Office of Amirkabir University of Technology, the AUT Journal of Mathematics and Computing has been recognized in international indexing databases, including Scopus and DOAJ, and has also achieved a Q1 (Grade A) ranking in the Journal Evaluation System of the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology.
The journal, established in 2019, published its first issue in 2020. Until 2023, it was published biannually, but starting from 2024, the journal transitioned to a quarterly publication schedule. The primary goal of the journal is to provide a platform for researchers to publish their work in mathematics and computer science.
The editorial board consists of leading researchers from both domestic and international institutions. All submitted manuscripts are reviewed in English by experts in the field, and only those that meet high standards of quality, innovation, clarity, and relevance to the journal’s objectives are accepted for publication.
The journal also aims to advance scientific progress, create opportunities for researchers to present their ideas, and ensure timely, open-access publication.

The AUT Journal of Mathematics and Computing is led by Dr. Abdolrasoul Pourabbas, a professor at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science, as the Editor-in-Chief, with Dr. Mehdi Rostami serving as the Managing Director.
