According to the Islamic World Science & Technology Monitoring and Citation Institute (ISC), twelve faculty members of Amirkabir University of Technology (AUT) have been named among "the top one percent most‑cited Iranian researchers worldwide".According to the AUT Public Relations Office, the list has been compiled and released based on data from the internationally recognized Essential Science Indicators (ESI) database.The presence of twelve AUT faculty members among the world’s most highly cited researchers reflects the University’s strong scientific standing and the international impact of the research conducted by its scholars.The AUT department members included in the list are: Dr Mohammad Rabiei, Dr Fereydoun Moghaddas‑Nejad, Dr Geork B. Gharehpetian, Dr Heydarali Talebi, Dr Mostafa Abbaszadeh, Dr Seyed Hossein Hassnian, Dr Seyed Mojtaba Aghamirsalim, Dr Mehdi Dehghan, Dr Mohammad Reza Eslami, Dr Sajjad Jafari, Dr Zahra Shariatinia, and Dr Mehrdad Abedi.
