The President Unveiled 28 Knowledge-Based Products of AUT in the Battle against Corona via Video Conference

Knowledge-based companies' products were unveiled by the president in a video conference and 28 products of the Amirkabir University of Technology were introduced in this ceremony too.Dr. Hosseini Toodeshki, the deputy of research and technology of the Amirkabir University of Technology noted:" some of the knowledge-based companies of this university have started to produce hand and surface disinfectant products during the Coronavirus outbreak. Products of these companies are nano-silver-based, and no alcohol has been used in their production. The production of bag valve mask with nano-filter of one the university's knowledge-based companies has been multiplied by 30 times in coronavirus outbreak, and this company produces 30 thousand masks a day."
He furthered:" knowledge-based companies of this university produce 3 million and 600 thousand liters of surface disinfectant solution a month. One of the knowledge-based companies of the university has produced a device to measure heart rate and oxygen saturation level of blood which is very effective in detecting infected patients. Also, an air sterilizer device for ICU and corona infected patients departments of hospitals, has been produced by another knowledge-based company of this university, which is very practical in helping nurses and doctors not catch the coronavirus."
He added:" molecular kit is another product which is designed and produced by a knowledge-based company of this university, which can detect corona disease within 55 minutes."
Deputy of research and technology of Amirkabir University of Technology said:" some of the knowledge-based companies of this university have been active in the field of holding webinars during coronavirus outbreak, and these webinars are so well received that the number of their sessions has been raised by 5 times"
The products of the knowledge-based companies of the Amirkabir University of Technology were unveiled in this ceremony, including disinfectant foam and spray, light GSN-FEV thermometer, hand and surface sanitizer, bag valve mask and nano filter, Sorolyt multi oxidant disinfectant solution, 19POMED finger pulse oximeter, air, and water ozone generator, corona detection kit in real-time PCR method, surface disinfecting device, air purifier, medical face shield and infrared laser thermometer.
Moreover, patient monitoring application, service and lawyer application, client application, remote engine monitoring application, virtual training, corona webinar chats, online psychological service, paraclinical medical service program, social awareness increasing program, foreign language training program, doctor and patient counseling program, English training for children,
