    Dr. Fereydoon Moghaddasnejad; Country's Exemplary Professor

    In 1997, Dr. Fereydoon Moghaddasnejad received a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering (Road and Transportation) from the University of Sydney. Since then, he has published 160 articles in ISI journals and more than 200 articles in domestic and foreign conferences and is the author of 9 books on subjects like roads and railways in Persian and English.
    Moqaddas Nejad has 25 domestic patents and one US patent (US PATENT). In 2009, he became the top face of Iranian bitumen and asphalt.
    His favorite research fields are asphalt and concrete pavements of roads, airports, and railway engineering. He is currently a faculty member of the Amirkabir University of Technology (Polytechnic) with a Full Professorship rank.
