The AUT Counseling Center Offers Virtual Services on World Mental Health Day, October 10

 | Post date: 2020/10/31 |
On Mental Health Awareness Week, The AUT Counseling Center offers online counseling and psychotherapy services to students and virtually covers topics such as fear from COVID-19, personal problems, family and marital issues, and behavioral management during the quarantine.
A mental health campaign held by the Counseling and Health Center of the Student Affairs Organization is active from October 1 to October 31. The campaign employs the help of students to produce relevant educational and motivational content for this week; including videos, posters, pamphlets, podcasts, and educational brochures. These all cover hope and lifestyle, do and don’ts of the virtual environment, resilience, vitality, and self-regulation in managing emotions and stress to promote the mental health of students and academics.
