Launch of A Learning Management System for University Courses
Dear Professors and Students, “The E-Learning Management System for In-person Courses” has been launched in November 2019 by the Information and Communication Technology Center of Amirkabir University of Technology and is available for use by the University's E-Learning Center. All undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral courses from the current semester from the university portal, along with a list of students enrolled in the system are available.
You can visit https://courses.aut.ac.ir and login using your university Teaching Portal username and password. This system is based on the Moodle platform and is designed for asynchronous teacher and student interaction.

The AUT Foundation will financially support the top 200 scorers of Konkour and World Student Olympiad medalists who choose this university for pursuing their studies.
This scholarship will be renewable for the entire undergraduate program if the privileged conditions are maintained.

Junior PhD Students Must Get their Language Qualification for their PhD Comprehensive Exam
Congratulations on the beginning of the new academic year. PhD students at the end of the first year of study must complete the PhD Comprehensive Exam having a valid language qualification.
Applicants are requested to determine their language status by September 8th applying to the International Language Center of the University (Second Floor) at Alborz Street - Hafez Ave.

All applicants must proceed with their registration in the Educational Portal using the information required under the guidelines set out in Appendix (1) and go their departments with an original form of ID, their Military Service Completion Certificate and their Undergraduate (BSc) diploma on September 16.

Medical photography informatics workshop
Educational course in informatics of photography with the intent of educating PACS admin. In this course, which is to be offered in a mixed education method, enthusiasts will be introduced to the basics of photography informatics and management of the PACS system. A certification citing the completion of the course will be awarded to participants by the Amirkabir university of technology. These certificates can be officially translated. A New Procedure for Continuous Assessment of PhD Students
New procedures are in place for continuous assessment of students at the doctorate level in order to improve the research and educational quality of this period. In line with the new procedures, students and supervisors present semiannual and annual progress reports of the research activities and their dissertation and the related scientific and logistical challenges, and the evaluation board, in line with its supervisory function, annually evaluates and provides students with the necessary advice.

Summer 2019 Semester Registration
Undergraduate student can register for some basic courses in the summer on Tuesday July 9 and Wednesday July 10. Please note dorms will be closed in the summer. You can only take 6 credits for the summer and there will be a tuition collected.
