By holding poster presentation events at Amirkabir University of Technology, students are familiarized with the methods of presenting scientific papers and articles at scientific conferences. According to the public relations office of Amirkabir University of Technology, the second round of the event "Poster Presentation by Master's Students at the Faculty of Chemical Engineering of Amirkabir University of Technology" is being held with the goal of preparing graduate students for presenting at scientific conferences.
The training and practice of students for professional presentation at scientific conferences, encouraging graduate students to think about the structure and goals of their projects, strengthening the dynamic scientific environment of the faculty and university, and familiarizing undergraduate students with research areas in chemical engineering are among the objectives of organizing this event.
This event, as part of the seminar course, is being coordinated between three groups: "Separation and Process Design," "Biotechnology and Environmental Engineering," and "Thermosyntesis and Transport Phenomena," and the presentation of posters is defined as part of the grade for the seminar course.
The second poster presentation event for master's students will take place on Monday and Tuesday, June 6th and 7th. The evaluation of the presented posters at this event will be carried out by the seminar course instructors, Dr. Hosseinzadeh Hejazi, Dr. Zamiri, and Dr. Zargarzadeh, along with the active collaboration of faculty members of the Chemical Engineering Department.
