Researchers at the Amirkabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnic) managed to propose a new method to improve the durability of power grid equipment.
“Using this method,” said Hamed Dehghani Danesh, a Ph.D. graduate of Amirkabir University of Technology, “and without the construction of new power plants, we can provide sustainable power, while cutting the cost of construction, reducing the stress on equipment, and considerably improving their durability.
The supervisor of this project, Dr. Behrouz Vahidi, is a faculty member of Amirkabir University of Technology.
