Dr. Omid Naqshineh an AUT faculty member in the department of Mathematics was the director of the university’s team in the Mathematics Association's forty-fourth competition. The five-person mathematics team was awarded fifth place in the competition after winning three bronze medals and one honors diploma.
Soheil Haqiqi, Daniel Kazemlou, Ali Farsadmehr, Zahra Mohammadi, and Zeinab Faqri were members of this team.
