Statistics field:

The Postgraduate field of statistics group was founded in 1997 for MSc degree and in 2007 for PhD.  At present, the Department of Statistics admits about 15 graduate students and about 5 doctoral students annually.
The educational and research activities of the statistics group are in the following fields:
Stochastic processes, Time series, probability theory, Statistical perception, linear models, Labs design, Data analysis.
Courses that statistics students must take:
Statistical perception 1, 4 Units, Measure theory and probability1,4 units, Seminar,2 units.
